Little Arrows Doula Services is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for families during their transition into parenthood. Our commitment is rooted in Christ’s teachings, combining holistic practices with love and care. We offer invaluable support with birth education, labor assistance, lactation skills, and baby wearing.

I’m Stephené Dill, M.Ed. — a certified birth and postpartum doula, CPR/First Aid certified, and currently finalizing my status as a Missouri Medicaid provider. With 16 years as an educator and my current role in behavioral health casework, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the families I serve.

My own journey to motherhood has shaped my calling as a doula. After losing my first child in 2020, I went on to welcome my daughter in 2022 via cesarean and my son in 2025 through a successful VBAC. Both pregnancies and postpartum journeys came with challenges — from anxiety, long labors, and difficult feeding experiences to ultimately finding strength, confidence, and joy with the support of my village. These experiences fuel my passion for walking alongside families with education, advocacy, and compassionate care. 

Looking ahead, I am building a baby wearing lending library, pursuing training as a Bradley Birth coach and IBCLC, and preparing to expand my support for families navigating loss. I believe God created me for this work — to love, serve, and encourage families during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
